I have been an educator in Alaska for over 15 years.  While I love teaching, a new passion arose back in 2005 when I began taking guitar lessons in Nome, Alaska. Playing guitar was a great way to pass the -20 degree days. Songwriting soon followed. After having children of my own and taking time as a music teacher, I realized a new love for involving children in making music. Tundra Berry Jams is a compilation of Alaska Themed Children’s Songs with a fun twist. While attending performances, children are encouraged to participate and make music right along with me!
